Assistant executive Director/Program Supervisor
Matt Peterson graduated in 2006 from the University of South Dakota with a Master's Degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. Matt has completed two years towards obtaining his Physical Education Teaching Certificate with a Minor in Coaching. Matt is the onsite person in charge of the Center. He supervises room monitors, handles conflicts, conducts orientations, recommends visit terminations, and works with the Executive Director to insure children have committed a fun and safe visit.
Dr. Don Peterson is a Professor Emeritus from San Diego State
University with nearly 50 years teaching experience at all levels K-12 to
University. Dr. Peterson's undergraduate degree is from the University of South Dakota, his Master's degree is from Springfield College Massachusetts, and his PhD is from the University of Oregon.
Dr. Peterson is responsible for writing grants, drafting policies, billing, training and supervising monitors.
Cindy Peterson is a Medical Assistant with ten years of experience in medical settings, seven years managing a small business in Grand Junction, CO., and ten years working full time as a day care provider in various locations.
Cindy has multiple responsibilities. She is responsible for: hiring, training, and supervising staff and volunteers; scheduling and confirming visits (also assigning drivers), assists with billing, vehicle purchase and maintenance, and community outreach.
